PROJECT
RIC, on behalf of Redland City Council recently have partnered with Shayher Group to assist in delivering an exciting, innovative and landmark development to support the revitalisation of Capalaba.
The Capalaba Town Centre Revitalisation Project provides the opportunity to deliver a world class, active urban heart for Capalaba.
The 2.05-hectare site is located within the commercial hub of Capalaba and includes enhancing the entertainment and restaurant precinct, as well as the Capalaba Bus Interchange – a key transport node providing connectivity to the inner and eastern suburbs of Brisbane.
RIC and Council are committed to the revitalisation of the Capalaba town centre and by partnering with Shayher Group have sought the expertise and creativity of the development industry to deliver high-quality and innovative development outcomes.

The site offers broad ranging development potential with a rich mix of land uses encouraged to drive the day/night economy that includes commercial, retail, entertainment, and community engagement.
