RIC’s corporate governance structure is designed to protect and enhance the value across all of business opportunities and manage risks to achieve the best return possible for Council and the Redlands Coast community.
RIC is a registered Australian Proprietary Company, limited by shares and operation under the Corporations Act 2001.
RIC is classified as a Public Sector Entity and is controlled under local government. As a result, RIC is required to be audited on an annual basis by the Auditor General of Queensland.
